The Conservative party have issued a denial after it was suggested that an online video shows their leader, David Cameron, partying at a rave in 1988.
The video, first flagged up on Viceland.com and entitled ‘Acid House Sunrise 1988 Part 4′, shows a man who strongly resembles the politician attending an outdoor rave sporting long hair, clearly enjoying himself to the full.
However, a spokesperson for the party has “categorically denied” that Cameron features in the video.

“It’ll be the biggest show we’ve done,” Garvey said. “Then we’ll disappear for a couple of years to work on a new record.”

Joe Goddard told BBC 6music that the band’s new material were “end of the night tunes”, commenting: “We’re stepping things down a bit because we want to make this next album quite simple, gentle, focused. Just ten or 11 tracks of really excellent pop songs that hopefully will become timeless classics.
He continued: “They’ll be club tunes but not the really banging ones. We just felt like we wanted to focus on trying to write some really strong pop songs, rather than making hard, aggressive dance floor tracks that have bits of songs bolted onto them.”
